The Waitlist Is Over: You’re In! Plus A New Advocacy Library

Gabby Bachhuber2024-03-15

Early March marked a busy period for content updates at Visalaw.Ai.

Many content updates are available in GEN this week.

We now have a library of materials focused on advocacy in immigration. Included you'll find materials from non-profit advocacy immigration assistance organizations and think tanks, government agencies involved in policy (like the USCIS Ombudsman and the U.S. Government Accountability Office) and individuals like reporters and bloggers who write in that space.

We are also excited to announce that we are finished with our last wave of waitlist users. With this development, GEN is now available without the wait! There will be a link on the Visalaw.ai website to sign up for GEN shortly.

Additionally, here is a sample of new documents available for you to query in GEN:

  • Administrative Appeals Office: Thousands of AAO decisions.
  • Board of Immigration Appeals: Recent OCAHO decisions.
  • USCIS: All current forms.
  • Primary law: Fofana v. Mayorkas, F.J.A.P. v. Garland, and Kalulu v. Garland.
  • DOL: Labor Certification Process for the Temporary Employment of H–2A and H–2B Foreign Workers in the United States: Annual Update to Allowable Monetary Charges for Agricultural Workers’ Meals and for Travel Subsistence Reimbursement, Including Lodging.

What’s next? Stay tuned: every week we are planning new updates to support your practice.

Visalaw.Ai, a pioneering technology firm in the legal sector, is excited to announce the enhancement of GEN 1.0, an innovative legal research product specifically tailored to immigration law firms, built on American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) content.
