This page grants exclusive access to legal applications that are are available to clients or sold on a pay-per-use basis. The four applications below are all immigration specific applications and advance the goal of Visalaw.ai to be a publishing house for legal applications.

H-1B Public Access file builder
As part of its H-1B requirements, the US Department of Labor requires employers to maintain a file of information and documents at the H-1B worker's work-site or at the principle place of business (the “Public Access File” or “PAF”). The file is to be produced upon request to members of the public (including employees of your company or even a competitor) as well as the Department of Labor. The PAF must be made available within one working day of the filing of the LCA.
entrepreneur parole app
On January 16, 2017, the Department of Homeland Security and USCIS published a final regulation creating a new benefit which allows certain entrepreneurs in start-up companies to apply for parole which allows them to live in the US and work in their business for up to five years. This app is designed to help potential applicants determine if they might qualify for Entrepreneur Parole.

This application allows a user to determine whether they, or another individual, qualifies for automatic acquisition of citizenship through three separate criteria:
(1) acquisition by birth in the United States,
(2) acquisition through birth abroad to U.S. citizen parent(s), or
(3) acquisition through parent after birth.
This tool allows the facility/employer determine if their location qualifies them to sponsor a J-1 physician. This is in accordance with the home residency requirement and H-1B visa sponsorship.
